Hello!

I want to try to use pl/proxy in production. And for this I need to figure out how add database nodes in existing cluster. 
For example I have cluster with 1 proxy node and 2 db nodes, I would like add 2 db node. 
How to change get_cluster_partitions function in this case? And what should be a get_cluster_partitions of the beginning?
