[Pljava-dev] Bug fix/workaround for "could not load .../pljava.dll: the specified module could not be found."

Hi Tommy,
I take it you've read the installation guide?

What version of PostgreSQL are you using? What version of PL/Java? Are 
you compiling from source or are you using binaries?

Also, I know there are more then a few threads in the pljava-dev 
archives, http://gborg.postgresql.org/pipermail/pljava-dev, that is 
about pljava.dll not being found.
