[Pljava-dev] PostgreSQL 8.2 PL/Java version

What version of PL/Java comes with the PostgreSQL 8.2 Windows installer? 
Is it 1.3.0 or was it compiled from HEAD?

More to the point, should that version of PL/Java work correctly with 
8.2? I'm having a difficult time tracking down a Portal object leak and 
I'd like to know if I'm using a "correct" version of PL/Java with 
PostgreSQL 8.2.
