[Pljava-dev] PLJava 1.1.0b1 released

A 1.1 version of PLJava is on its way and the first beta was just released.

The bump in minor version was motivated by the addition of new features 
such as DatabaseMetaData, ResultSetMetaData, language handlers for both 
trusted and untrusted language, additional semantics for functions 
returning SETOF, and simple ObjectPooling.

Migrating to 1.1 will require a full reinstall of PLJava since the 
sqlj.jar_repository table now have an additional jarOwner column.

I hope the beta period will be fairly short. Please report problems as 
soon as you encouter them.
