[Pgcluster-general] error with replication

Database Postgressql 8.3.3 is on clustering and replication and is patched
by pgcluster 1.9.rc5.patch
now this time this below error getting.

we are running this setup from last 1 year having no error, this error meet
us this month OCT 2008

This below error message comes on one cluster
My setup is

4 cluster server
1 replicator
1 LB

In 4 cluster server, only is one server is set for date write and rest is only used for data read.

On the write server this error comes. When I tried to change the server with one of the other cluster server,
Then the error comes to that write server.

If you are getting my problem.. pl. reply me, even if you need some more information.
