[Pgcluster-general] bug fixed version released

Hi all,

I released 4 packages of PGCluster (1.9, 1.7, 1.5 and 1.3) in the pgFoundry.

This version was fixed switch-over bug of replication server, and incorrect message bug of locad balancer.
