[Pgcluster-general] cybercluster backport and more

hi list!
i have backported some stuff from the cybercluster project to pgcluster
(especially threading-support in pgreplicate and postgresql
initialization).
i haven't backported the load balancer right now because we are not
using it - i will take a look on it as soon as i have time to do so.

i also did some code refactoring (especially implementing functions for
non-blocking i/o which are used by entire pgcluster, making all net-i/o
operations non-blocking, erase dead code, remove needless memcpy
operations and so on).

i also implemented a cluster-notice message when cascading is used (it
informs the upper and lower cascade that cluster finished recovery and
can be used now).

the patch is against postgresql-8.3.1!
