[Pgcluster-general] Update For pgcluster-1.1 ??

Hi,

OK now,
PGCluster-1.1.2rc7 is ready (it's based on PostgreSQL 7.4.19).

Basically, it has same functions with other 4 packeges.

However, please do not mix it with other packages.
Since the structure of Conn is a little different between PostgreSQL 7.4 and 8.x.
