[Pgcluster-general] Issue with PG Cluster 1.7 - Double entries

I am currently having a problem with PG Cluster where when I insert / 
add table / etc. , basically any write action  the system  sends it 
twice to one server and once to the rest.

My setup is as follows:

5 servers
   1 load balancer
   1 replication
   3 cluster machines

I am running PGCluster 1.7 on Suse 10.2 boxes. The servers are a mix of 
Dell PE 350's and 1650's.

I am not sure if this is a bug or if there is something I have missed in 
the config. Please let me know.
