[Pgcluster-general] Configuration of clients

Dear All,

Is there configuration required for the clients? Suppose I have a Java
application on my on notebook which connect to a postgres database
which is not on my notebook. Do I have to configure my application so
that it knows that if it fails to connect to a database, just connect
to its replication? Or may be, I have to install postgres client on my
notebook?

Sorry, if this question seems stupid. I'm new in PGCluster
