[Pgcluster-general] is pgcluster ready for 64-bit ?

Hi Indra,

we had no luck trying to run pgcluster (same version) on debian etch on Amd64 
machines.
We have a pgcluster (same version) running on SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 
SP 1 on Amd64 running without a hith, though.

I currently believe the slightly older compiler and the older glibc on etch 
might be the problem.

But just for kicks, give cybercluster a spin:

It is based on pgcluster 1.7.0rc5 as var as I can tell from the sourcecode. 
The changes between 1.7.0rc5 and 1.7.0rc7 are minor, rather cosmetic changes 
in the config files, no code changes, so you can use that one instead.
