[Pgcluster-general] How to check what failed

Hi,

After clearing the initial hurdles I got a simple setup going (1 lb, 1
replicator, 3 data nodes).
Everything is nice and happy when all the boxes are online. But how
can I check if a box went offline and switched to read only (for data
nodes, replicators and loadbalancers).

My final setup will have 2 loadbalancers and 2 replication servers
plus 4 data nodes. What is the proper order of fixing things after a
failure of:

1. Data node
Just start it with -o -U ?

2. Primary replicator ?
3. Secondary replicator?
4. One of the load-balancers?
