[Pgcluster-general] PGCluster rpmbuild problem, can you help?

You should start all postgresql servers and pgreplicate to create
database.

I've follow your instruction on building PGCluster RPMs, 
I am rpmbuilding it with Postgresql 8.1.8 and PGCluster 1.5.0r16
but result in the following error: 
can you help me with this problem?
