Thanks for the reply. Are you saying that both the cluster db and the pglb on db01 should listen on port 5433? Is that allowed?

Make sure that the pglb has started on db01 and it is configured
to bind on port 5433. Pglb is not critical for the replication process,
only for balancing, so if it does not start the replication process will
still run fine.
