[Libpqxx-general] Problem with the tests using Visual Studio 2008 and libpqxx version 3.0

Sorry I meant that all the libraries build Ok - no problem.
What happens is that I have to manually create the directory TestStaticRelease.
Once this is done the testnnn.obj files are freates along with
runner.obj but they do not link.
