[Libpqxx-general] Please include obvious patch for result.hxx

Please consider committing the minor obvious patch posted here:

It solves issues like the one described by Carlos Moreno in:
<http://pgfoundry.org/pipermail/libpqxx-general/2008-February/000084.html>

And it is perfectly in-line with standard C++ idioms.
