The following tests fail:
Test064: Exception: could not send startup packet: Socket is not
connected (0x00002749/10057)
Test067: Exception: could not send startup packet: Socket is not
connected (0x00002749/10057)
Test085: In test085.cxx change in line 65, distance to std::distance
and it compines and runs Ok.
Test089: T0, T1 are Ok, then:  Exception: could not send startup
packet: Socket is not connected (0x00002749/10057)
