[Libpqxx-general] Building of documentation in snapshot r1376

Hi all!

I am building last snapshot of libpqxx, revision 1376.
I have specified alternative build directory instead of default one (debian/build).

Building process failed then, with doxygen message like "cannot create directory
html/Reference". Workaround for me - to create directory debian/build/doc/html/Reference
after running of configure.

I am using doxygen 1.5.6.
