[Libpqxx-announce] New release: 3.0.1

Hello,

We've just released libpqxx 3.0.1.  This is a pure bug-fix update to 
3.0.  It should be a binary-compatible, drop-in replacement for a 3.0 
built with the same options and environment.

Changes include build fixes for Solaris and Windows, and for Unix-like 
platforms on the x86-64 architecture.  Several other annoyances in the 
build and test system were fixed.
