[Libpqxx-announce] Bug-fix release 3.0.2

Hello,

We've just released libpqxx 3.0.2.  This is a pure bug-fix update to
3.0.1, and should be binary-compatible with it.

The most important change is the introduction of ABI versioning, which
means that this package will produce a shared library versioned 3.0, not
3.0.2.  This new "3.0" shared library will supersede any "3.0.1" version
that you may have installed; please delete the 3.0.1 one to prevent future
confusion.

You may notice that the tarball is smaller than the 3.0.1 one.  This is
because the reference documentation no longer includes HTML versions of
the source code.
